| Description | A model made in the design of King John’s Tomb at Worcester Cathedral. It is made as an inkpot with three inkwells with covers inside. There are four holes for pens and a pen try. There is an inscription printed in red stating “Representation of the tomb of King John in the cathedral church of Worcester where he is interred according to the instructions contained in his will. This monarch was born in 1165. He signed the Magna Carta in the presence of the Barons of England 15th June 1215 and he died in October 19th 1216”. |
