Museum of Royal Worcester | Family Creative Ceramic Workshops

Join former Royal Worcester artists for our series of Family Creative Ceramic Workshops – where you and your children, or grandchildren can try your hand at learning traditional skills at one of our fun sessions.

Painting On Porcelain – Discover this craft with ex-Royal Worcester painter, Frank Clarke. Learn techniques suitable for all levels of experience with glowing ceramic colours.

Ceramic Flower-Making – Learn the art of flower-making from former factory artist, Avril Pulley. Model different flower shapes and colour them to decorate a greetings card with your blooms.

Saturdays 10.30am-12.30pm – Families

Adults (16+) – £13.50, Child (6yrs+) – £10
Our Family Creative Ceramic Workshops are designed for adults and children 6yrs+ to enjoy together. Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or carer during the session. One accompanying adult not undertaking the workshop is permitted with each booking, non-paying adults will be able to purchase refreshments in the studio.

Book one or a series of Creative Ceramic Workshops to build your skills. Enjoy tales of what it was like at the factory as you craft. All materials are included in the price, as well as a hot drink or juice and biscuits. No ceramics experience is needed as workshops are designed for all skill levels.
