Return policy
Returns will be accepted up to 7 days of your receipt of the item(s) for a full re-fund, but NOT postage in either direction except in the case of gross inaccuracy of the description. Return items must be packed as when delivered to you, we are not able to give a refund if the item is damaged during the return delivery
Product Policy
All vintage and antique Royal Worcester products are pre-owned and therefore slight variables in condition are possible. Each product purchased is sold in subject to its Product Description. The colours of item may slight vary from those represented in the photographs on the website. Our stock is ever changing and we may only have one item of its kind in stock at a time. In the rare event that we do not have an item in stock, an e-mail will be sent informing you that the product is unavailable. We try to ensure that everything listed on the website is as up to date as possible, all listed products include VAT but do not include delivery. All prices published are in pounds sterling.
Damaged goods policy
Please check your goods properly upon receiving, if anything appears to be damaged in transport, please notify us about it immediately by email or telephone and preferably also attach a photo of the damaged goods.
