Meetings and Event Spaces

The Museum of Royal Worcester is located in Worcester city centre and in proximity to transport links by road, rail and air, we offer private dedicated meeting spaces in unique and sumptuous surroundings along with a professional and personalised service.

We have an established record of excellence in enabling meetings and events for groups of all types and have a multipurpose built Exhibition Hall, which can be used as a private lecture room, dining room or meeting place and for running public events. The space is fully air-conditioned and seats up to 60 people theatre or cabaret style plus presenters in comfort. Being fully accessible, with cloakroom facilities, nearby parking and a range of catering add-on options, offered on Royal Worcester china, it offers all the amenities for a wide range of uses. 

We can also offer a smaller meeting or workshop space with sink upstairs – the Multifunction room which is suitable for smaller groups and practical creative workshops.  It accommodates 12-14 around tables and with the adjacent 20th century gallery 45 in all around tables (please note the 20th century gallery remains open to the public during any hires unless booked in the evening). This space also has wifi access.
