Oasis fashion brand has a strong reputation for the use of fabulous prints on their clothing collections and it is a natural extension for them to seek inspiration through collaborative exploration into historic print archives.
Having previously teamed up with the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Physic Garden for exclusive capsule fashion collections their creative design team approached the Museum of Royal Worcester with a view to designing this year’s iconic spring/summer collection.
Clive Reeve, Design Director and Daisy Spurrier, Print Manager visited the Museum to select their reference material and throughout the collaboration worked closely with Museum Director, Amanda Savidge, to ensure the authenticity of the original designs shone through when they were re-imagined in fabric.
