Factory Life at ‘the porcelain’
This fascinating and interactive talk covers the history of the factory and brings to life the roles of workers, specialising in making, designs, gilding and firing. There is an opportunity to handle some of the items in our china and archive stores. You will also hear sound bites from the exceptional audio history recordings where past workers use their own words to describe their jobs on the factory floor and an entertaining insight into the history of Royal Worcester.
