Discovering CLAY taster
Wednesday 28 May 2025, 7pm-8.30pm
Discover the joy of clay in this hands-on taster session in the inspiring surroundings of the Museum’s ceramic studio. Perfect for beginners and those who have tried pottery before, this relaxed workshop introduces a basic technique, allowing you to shape, mould, and create your own unique piece.
Guided by experienced potter and artist Kay Mullett, you’ll enjoy a creative and engaging experience. Perfect for sharing with family or friends. No prior experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and let your imagination take shape!
You can take part in our taster session as a one-off experience or decide to go on to one of our short or long clay courses that run across the year.
