Home Educators Day
Join us for a day exclusively for home educated children to develop creativity skills linked to art and local history led by experienced educators.
Wednesday 18th March 2026, 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Focus: Art and Design
Clay Play Station: A fun engaging session to develop skills and techniques, from constructing in air drying clay to experimenting with different decoration techniques, inspired by themes from the Museum’s collection and history of Worcester porcelain factories. Take your clay creations home to paint
Collage Station: Create an abstract collage piece using collage materials. Based on shapes and themes inspired by the Museum’s collection and its history, create your own piece with scissors, glue and paper.
Watercolour Station: Learn about formal watercolour techniques while painting a fruit themed water colour painting. Inspired by the Evesham collection try your hand at design through still life water colour painting. We will use real fruit as our inspiration.
