Description

Pair of Warwick shaped vases with gold entwined handles, square plinth and underglaze blue ground. Raised gold work frames two panels on each vase containing a painted scene from Byron’s poems.  The vases are inscribed ‘Maid of Athens & Thirsa’ and ‘The Bride of Abydos & The Corsair’
