Discover the beauty of repair at a hands-on Kintsugi workshop at the Museum of Royal Worcester, where broken pieces are transformed into something truly unique. You are invited to bring a cherished piece of your own damaged pottery to repair, or you may use items provided by the Museum*. We also provide dedicated practice materials to help you build confidence in the technique before working on your final piece.

Important Details

Drying Time: Please note that your finished piece must remain at the Museum to dry. We will contact you as soon as it is ready for collection.

Decorative Use Only: Once repaired using the Kintsugi method, pottery is no longer food-safe and should be used for decorative purposes only.

£65 per person, includes all materials for the workshop. To ensure high-quality, personalized tuition, spaces are limited to 12 participants.

*If you bring your own piece, please ensure it is broken into only 4-5 large fragments. If you are unsure if your item is suitable, please email a photo to tiffany@museumofroyalworcester.org for confirmation.
